By accessing or using iamclaw ("Claw", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

iamclaw is an AI assistant service that performs tasks on your behalf, including but not limited to content creation, social media management, research, scheduling, and productivity automation. The Service operates through web, SMS, and voice interfaces.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use iamclaw. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

The Founding Member plan starts at $9.99/month, which locks in the founding rate forever (normally $29/month). Upgrade options for annual and lifetime access are available during checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use iamclaw for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or misleading content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to circumvent any security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using iamclaw belongs to you. The iamclaw brand, logo, and service technology remain the intellectual property of iamclaw. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

iamclaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
