We stand behind iamclaw with a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, we'll issue a complete refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your refund (optional). We process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people (and one lobster), so reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Founding Lobster Plan

All Founding Member plans (monthly, annual, and lifetime) include the same 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund, your founding member status and locked-in rate will be forfeited. If you purchased an upsell (lifetime or annual), both the initial deposit and the upsell charge will be refunded.
